I use improv theatre games to give teams a transformative experience. The principles: Say "YES, and.." to each other, Make your partner look good, Listen, Commit, Fail good-naturedly. Teams learn the principles and the lexicon, and play improv games. They take the experience back to work and home, and a new culture takes seed.
