PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL EXECUTIVE COACHING I coach executives who seek me out, or are referred by leadership, for personal improvement. Overcoming obstacles can provide an executive with growth opportunities. He or she may be hampered by a habit, an outlook, or a communication pattern. Executives may not be performing up to their potential. I use theatre games, video feedback and weekly meetings along with phone and email support to help individuals bring their best self forward. This coaching is private and once engaged I work with the individual for her/his best interests. An initial change in behavior and attitude is noticeable within 8 weeks. A 3 to 6 month engagement is optimal. |
